The name "Daruma（達磨）" for our brand comes from two characters: "daru達," meaning to reach or achieve, and "ma磨," meaning to polish or refine. Our goal is to create the finest, hand-sharpened knives. We also chose the name Daruma with the hope that our users will experience a bit of good fortune.
